Please kindly note, all my appointments have a 48-24 hour cancellation period. Less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the cancelled appointment, anything less than 24 hours notice will be charged the FULL COST of the appointment.
No shows are not acceptable, and clients will be required to pay the FULL COST of the missed appointment.
Failure to pay for the late cancellation or missed appointments will result in you being unable to book in future unfortunately.
